Students were clearly motivated, but lacked a definitive path to getting involved. Faculty wanted to mentor these motivated students, but disliked the logistics of managing outreach. Our goal was to create a focused solution; one that could seamlessly integrate into a university’s existing system while removing barriers that prevent great research teams from forming.
